Standard Conditions of Sale

a) Validity: Our offer is open for acceptance for a period of 30 days, after which prices may be subjected to revision.
b) Should the order be placed on Zululand Filters for delivery at a later date (more than 90 days after the order has been placed) then Zululand Filters reserves the right to amend the prices unless otherwise agreed.
c) Delivery: (8-12 weeks) from date of order and finalised details and customer approval of drawings, ex works, Zululand Filters (Pty) Ltd, Alton, Richards Bay.
d) Should an order, for standard filters, that has been placed on a C.O.D account not be collected within 3 weeks of the order being completed, the order will be cancelled and filters will be used for resale.
e) No C.O.D. orders will be fulfilled without the deposit of 50% of value of sale being made prior to placement of order of items.
f) Escalation: The prices quoted are fixed for a period of 30 days from the date of this quotation, where after prices will be adjusted according to SEIFSA escalation rates, taking this quotation date as the base date.
g) Non-Standard filter sizes: The dimensions of all non-standard filters must be confirmed in writing, however if the filter does not fit, then Zululand Filters (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge for these filters. This is applicable to account holders only. All COD accounts are required to pay in full upon ordering nonstandard
filters.
h) Refunds/credits will be accepted as per C.P.A. NO soiled items that cannot be re-used will be refunded
under any circumstances unless found to be defective, refer warranty below.

WARRANTY
1) MECHANICAL GUARANTEE All equipment supplied or maintained by us is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) months from the date of first operation or 3 months from date of delivery whichever may occur the soonest, any exceptional plant conditions excepted. The guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective components and shall not include the cost of removal or installation of such components. All defective items shall be returned to our works for inspection. Please note only proper, approved installation procedures and installers are to be used during the guarantee period to prevent the guarantee being
rendered null and void.
2) CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES We cannot accept responsibility for loss of profits or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, sustained as a result of goods supplied or installations affected by us being defective or not conforming to specification, or as a result of late delivery or installation, or failure to deliver or install, or any other causes whatsoever due to circumstances wholly or partially beyond our control.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All prices quoted are STRICTLY NETT with payment to be effected as follows: 50% of total order value with order and 50% upon completion of installation (PROJECTS) Non-account holders are STRICTLY COD. We cannot release the goods before payment is received in full. Payment for account holders is strictly 30 days or the account will be closed until payment is executed. Interest will be levied on all overdue accounts
